In a post yesterday I announced that veteran internet/doman name law attorneys Stevan Lieberman and Charles Carreon had joined Domain Name Journal as contributors to our Legal Matters section. There was a link to Mr. Lieberman's first article in that post. We have now received and published Mr. Carreon's first piece and I think you will find that it is well worth reading. It covers a lot of the legal basics domain owners frequently ask about and also explores cybersquatting and domain hijacking. Here is a direct link to Mr. Carreon's opening article for DNJournal.com:
Domain Names - Online Stores: Carreon On Cybersquatting, Hijacking & Domain Basics
We are planning several new legal features in the weeks ahead. We will keep you posted as those come online. Thanks for reading!
