When I check the AdSense id it brings up domains like hhiv.com and widgetvideos.com - all in Dave's name. I am not trying to ruin your thread but when "partnerships" are involved it's best to disclose that in the original post.

In your original post, it was not disclosed, so I assumed 100% ownership. But the WHOIS and AdSense data belong to someone else.

If, for whatever reason, I had issues with the domain in the future - who would be responsible for resolving them? You - the seller - or your partner, or both and at what percentage?

If I'm selling this website, its my responsibility and obviously everyone or anyone will ask me about it. I have taken this responsibility so far for last 30 transactions that I have completed on DNF & about 200+ on Namepros.
