Acro said:Nice. What is the geo-source of traffic?
Acro said:Jay, are you brokering this web site?
Acro said:Jay, I think that when the Google AdSense account is in Dave Forster's name, it's his domain. Essentially you're brokering it. I think that full disclosure is needed.
Acro said:I didn't say anything about "scam". I said that full disclosure is needed. When I check the WHOIS it comes up in another person's name. When I check the AdSense id it brings up domains like hhiv.com and widgetvideos.com - all in Dave's name. I am not trying to ruin your thread but when "partnerships" are involved it's best to disclose that in the original post.
Acro said:I'll explain why *I* would have a problem with a sale that depends on ownership partnership.
In your original post, it was not disclosed, so I assumed 100% ownership. But the WHOIS and AdSense data belong to someone else.
If, for whatever reason, I had issues with the domain in the future - who would be responsible for resolving them? You - the seller - or your partner, or both and at what percentage?
Jay, that's all I am saying. Good luck with your sale, consider this a favor that I am doing.
What happened to the stats link in the original post showing a lot of the traffic comes via Google visits to images which I wanted to evaluate again? I can't find it now?
This one will sell today forsure..
Also please DONT waste my time by making an offer and then wasting my time asking for this & that stats to pull out of the deal at the end with a LAME reason of google keyword placement!!
Can you explain why I see this when I try to look at the screenshots:
