I think they could and this has been brought up before, but they just choose not to. Probably because there would be no personal gain for them to make this platinum only. If it is public view, then it gets into the search engines and there is the possibility of a tiny bit of profit from clickthroughs.


But then again, this hasn't been brought up any time recently as far as I can recall, so maybe they will consider doing it.

I wasn't meaning any offence - I have only just upgraded to exclusive myself. The problem is that anyone can read these threads (I just logged out and checked), but you have to be logged in to read the exclusive threads. Maybe there is some way a mod could set these threads to only be readable by registered/paid up members - this information is of value and would be another 'value added' part of upgrading from the basic free membership.
