You realize a word (hyphen) word dot extention is not an accurate measure of Overture? The hyphen is perceived as a space. For instance:

family-guy.com
family guy.com both have 2246.

Meanwhile, familyguy.com is the one that inherits this traffic.

Yes,

familyguy.com 3950
family-guy.com 2446 but displayed in OVT at ‘family guy.com’ as OVT doesn’t display hyphens. And as you say familyguy.com would likely get much more traffic than family-guy.com, however i would still expect family-guy.com to get good'ish traffic.

I know how OVT works and have numerous domains, which follow this pattern and get good traffic. Though I agree some hyphenated domains can be a bit iffy this one I’m pretty sure isn’t. I would be concerned if the domain displayed as, using your example
‘guy.com family’ which this one doesn't.

Thanks for your concern but really, I have been in the business a long time and do not feel i need your assistance (at least not in my thread, concerns such as this should be directed via PM).

This offer is no longer valid as I’m pondering on whether to register the name myself, but first need to do some background research on the TM status.
