Aware of high priced domain sales with "website or site" keyword?

Like to know whethere there have been any domain sales in the range of xx,xxx for domain with (2 or more words) ending with "WEBSITE or SITE".

When I searched the sale databases, I only come up with mid xxxx range sales.

Are you aware of any sales in xx,xxx range?

If you're looking to specify reference price points for end-users but the usual suspects (Namebio.com, DNSalePrice.com) don't list past sales that suit your agenda, I find it helps to cite domains for sale at BuyDomains.com that do. It's almost always possible to find some because their portfolio is so massive, and their domains are priced suitably for SMBs rather than family-owned "kiosks".

For example, I just used BuyDomains.com's Advanced Search to scour their listings for all domains ending in "Websites" that quote a BIN price. I then sorted results in descending order of BIN price to find "-Website" domains listed for 5-6 figures. Here's what came up:

DigitalCameraWebSites.com - $184,200
FitnessWebSites.com - 137,688
DiscussWebSites.com - $47,000
incomewebsites.com - $29,700
YourWebSites.com - $22,400
PlusWebsites.com - $15,000

If you try the same search on listings ending "-Sites", you'll probably uncork even more results.
