>>This is not a MLM, pyramid, gifting, or get rich quick scheme.

Huh? It is a pyramid scheme...and thru loop holes has been made legal (by "products")...but not very well done...I wouldnt touch this with a ten foot pole.

I must agree it looks like a pyramid to me? Can you explain how it isn't a pyramid?

WPZ Program Progression allows you to earn more by joining sooner. Incrementally our membership fee will increase with the addition of a new packaged product. Your payments will then also increase so you earn more and more exponentially over time!

Sounds like you setup a website for your members. Your members get people to join under them. And then those members get their own website for people to join under them. Sounds like a pyramid to me. Just my personal opinion.

I am actually involved in an MLM and you have to check them out carefully before signing up as most are complete BS. Some things to always check out before signing up for anything are these:

The product should already have existed before the business plan. It's one thing if you are selling a product through a MLM, and a completely DIFFERENT thing if you are selling an MLM through a product.

I can go on and on about MLM's but I won't. Just know that not all MLM's are "Pyramids." Many are, and many result in pushy salesperson type of behaviour because somebody has to make 1 more sale by the end of the month or they don't get paid at all that month.. These are the ones to avoid.

As for this one, it looks like a Pyramid to me.. What are you selling? Besides an opportunity to sell an opportunity to sell an opportunity to sell an opportunity.... If you are selling a standalone product, it's legit. If you are selling a business, then it's a scam. It's an automated sales system, hence a money making system, hence a get rich quick scheme. I'd stay away from this one.

I have a problem doing business with ANYONE who doesn't have spelling and grammatical errors corrected. It just comes across to me as someone who:

1.) Doesn't have the time to type it correctly (in which case, the underlying business probably has gotten the same lack of time)...

OR

2.) Doesn't KNOW how things are spelled (which scares me even more!)

OR

3.) Is from another country and doesn't know English well enough to communicate effectively, which means customer service problems in the future.

Good point on the time factor. The business itself online is working and members are making money. My goal is to create an online system like these "scams" you see that actually works with some time, effort, ease, legality, and automation. Based off your critiques and anaylsis though I will be modifying it.
