You can catch deleted domains by ICANN Registrar Secura. The service is also valid for IDN domain names.

ICANN accredited registrar Secura cooperate withs a lot of other registrars in this field, in order to get a high success.

Secura offers this service for catching deleted domains at success basis. The submission of the application is free.

You pay only for a successful domain registration.

Secura monitors these Top Level Domains, including IDNs , if IDNs are possible at these Top Level Domains:

# expired com-domains

# expired net-domains

# expired org-domains

# expired eu-domains

# expired at-domains

# expired ch-domains

# expired li-domains

# expired de-domains

# expired info-domains

# expired me-domains

# expired tv-domains

# expired cc-domains

# expired in-domains

# expired mobi-domains

# expired biz-domains

# expired uk-domains

# expired us-domains

# expired be-domains

# expired ca-domains

# expired se-domains

# expired asia-domains

# expired es-domains

# expired dk-domains

# expired ie-domains

# expired it-domains

# expired nz-domains

# expired au-domains

# expired sk-domains

# expired pl-domains

If you are not interested in the monitoring of deleted domains, but in the monitoring of your own domains for security reason, Secura recommends to you the software "Domain Alarm" (https://www.domainregistry.de/domainalarm.html).

The .ie ccTLD is not an open ccTLD and there are registration condtions associated with registering a .ie domain. It might be a good thing to point out the registration terms and conditions for various ccTLDs where applicable.
