bad experience buying name through sedo

I have bought a domain in early november at sedo

I sent instant payment and initiated transfer after it took me a while to make them understand that I need auth code!

transfer failed once and twice

then suprisingly they said domain has been transfered successfully to your registrar!!!!!!!!! waiting for my update !!!

I got nothing and tried to initiate transfer again with no response

and I send them messages but they dont reply back to me

it has been about two months since I sent payment

I am very disappointed indeed

Now i want my money back or someone here care to help !!!?????

Amazingly bad, any comment from Sedo about this?

Surely a new dismal record against a backdrop of failure on the front of customer service.
