He is still here and lurking instead of being banned. Why?

I suspected he is either an insider or a hacker good enough to get into the admin interface of DNF. At 2 pm yesterday, he did not have a gold, platinum, or exclusive seal, and then all the sudden, he became an exclusive member at around 4 pm. Also, if you look at his public profile, he received an money icon "gift" from Legend.name, so I don't know what his connection with Legend.name is.

Anyway, let's get back to the subject. What can we do to catch this guy and get mine as well as two other DNF victims' domains back?

They would have tapped into your bank account and retreaved the funds. If you didnt have sufficiant funds their, paypal would tell the other party that. Paypal will still send you a bill untill its paid off. Once you pay that off, paypal would contact the other party and return the funds.

So Paypal is authorized to withdraw money from my bank account directly in that case? Sounds like Paypal always win. It is their fault to have a bad system in terms of verification during login, which leads to scammers hacking for login information in the first place. Now, they sent money back to the credit card after seller sent out the domain name; sellers always lose on Paypal.

Are you the Forum Police?

I wonder what would happen if I had withdrawn the money out before the user filed the charge back?

AH.....So the money was still in your Paypal account, if you withdrew it, Paypal would do a ACH from your bank account, if you closed or changed banks, PP would wait it out to get it from your PP account, if you closed your PP account, they would take the loss and I doubt they would come after you. Theirs NOTHING you can do to get your Money back..period, so focus on getting your domains back, ICANN appears to be your best bet.......Good Luck!

Yes, the money was in the account for about an hour or so and then Paypal reversed the transaction after I already transferred the names. I am focusing on getting the names back, and other users told me the scammer was trying to selling the stolen names. Police report has been filed, and his eNom account has already been frozen. So, even if you paid, you won't get the names. Meaning, you would be scammed too. If you see any of the 5 stolen, please report to the site administrator and PM me. Here are the 5 names again:
7My.com
4Ls.com
V4y.com
U4y.com
B4Q.com

Why on earth isnt this guy banned yet?!
