can people please supply lists of banks that offer online services im looking for banks outsite the uk as now have customers who are getting fed up with the charges that uk banks are demanding for ecommerce

any info would be helpfull

Paypal avoids the heavy bank charges.

I assume most banks charge $30 to $50 for international wires at the moment.
