Baylor University filed a UDRP with the National Arbitration Forum, seeking control of the domain name BaylorDentalJournal.net on July 23, 2014.
The ruling came in favor of Baylor University which owns the trademark for "Baylor" all over the world.
A search on the same domain with .COM extension shows a protected whois. However, if they have applied for a .NET and have won, I guess they must be the owner of the .COM version of the domain.
