I know this maybe a little difficult to appraise but I'm looking for speculations (2-3 years) down the road.

longer term than that, it will probably be worth more.

very brandable for the local market, but otherwise needs development to be worth more.

Very hard to appraise .in basically no market right now.
There might be an enduser that might be interested and give you mid xx.xxx,00 who knows IMO is worth 100 150 usd as of now.

So you would say it's worth less than the registration at least? Can you provide add'l info as to why you would appraise it for little so I can have a better understanding?
