I would sell for anything over $500. There is a bit of a ceiling on how lucky you can get with the .biz extention.

people DO buy .biz, especially if its a first name that just can't be replaced. I sold a LLL.biz that was a guy's initials for x,xxx just because all the other extensions were not for sale

why not just change your name? ...that would be cheaper than the domain though...
