Affiliate Programs Best Credit Card Affiliate Programs?

So which ones are the best? Is it worth getting into? Do any affiliates or sub-affiliates really do well? I've looked at two big names recently, but would like to hear what others suggest and what their experiences have been.

Especially interested in:

*programs offering dynamic whole site content for which you can still host your site independently, such as for card comparison/application sites

Not interested in:

*any program plan that is not free to the affiliates

Thanks, dolansco. Came across some of those names yesterday but haven't looked into them yet. Turns out NCS was the only program I was into and I think I've given up on them, unless they have new tools that are amazing now, which I suppose I may check into at some point. Haven't had any desire to look back, though.
