Best Host for Blog Site

Which website would you guys recommend for hosting a blog type site? I want to host the blog on my own domain name, and I want some basic website builder tools.
What do you recommend?
I already own a typepad blog, so I dont want Typepad. I want a professional hosting service that also has blog support.

Hostgator for hosting, Wordpress for blogging software. There is one click installation for Wordpress at their hosting control panel.
