Best registrar for .co.cn and .cn domains?

Post title should say: .com.cn

I'm US based and generally use GoDaddy but GoDaddy have decided that they don't support *.cn domains.

Which is the best US friendly registrar to use for these domains?

no .co.cn now，instead by .com.cn
