I had plans to develop the domain into a database of school information, but I do not have the $$ or time to complete the project. The phrase "best schools" has a broad search volume of 800k/month. Very extensive longtails related to 'best schools'. A developed site would bring in a lot of longtail organic traffic. Additionally, school related ads can bring in a high CPC ad rate.
Databases of school information, addresses, class sizes, test scores, census data etc are freely available on gov't websites.
