Thought the forum would like to see this.. Subeject is open

The Google referral program (beta) is for businesses whose customers and visitors include small to medium-sized businesses, and who want to help those companies become more successful by running Google AdWords, or serving ads with Google AdSense.

The program works by giving approved sites unique links to Google, then compensating the referring site for passing on a new AdWords advertiser or AdSense publisher.

By Invitation Only. If you have not received an invitation but would like to be notified of changes to the referral program, you may complete this application

Joining is easy, and free

Apply.
Once you're approved, place a Google referral program link on your site.
Earn $20 for each advertiser or publisher you refer.

Thanks for holding my hand and walking me through it. Your quote threw me off, as I have quoted the html and nowhere in there where your insertion went was the code to make it appear there.
If you cite something, and rearrange things, its good to note that to not cause confusion..
..but in any event.. the referral program is one I'm looking forward to.
The more advertisers the better.
