If you're using your own enom username and password, then
we have no knowledge of it at all.

If you are using the username/password assinged to you during
registration, you may change that at any time. In fact, it is
recommended that you change it.

Any other questions?

I will add that to the FAQ and TOS.

Thanks,
Luc L.

I mean do you tell your software to send such information (eNom's username and password) to you ?

No offense intention, just want to make sure.

No, why would we care about your eNom username/password?

I understand your concern, such information should be kept
confidential. We do not have any access to your eNom account.

As stated in the license agreement however, we do keep
track of the domains which have been AUTO-REGISTERED
using the software.

We do not know what domains you monitor, but our server
is alerted when a domain name is successfully backordered
by the software running on your PC.

This is mainly to show how well the software works (proof
of what domains it registered, etc) which may or may not
be posted on our web site later on.

Thanks,
Luc L.

So far eNom only.

The original plan was to start with eNom and have 2-3 other
API compatible registrars.

Thanks,
Luc L.

Great.
Thanks Luc.

Question : does your software keep trying to check domain availability even the domain has been successfully registered by your software ?

Yeah.

Not really smart is it? I just realized it.

I'll fix that up right away. Expect an update
by noon today.

Thanks for the idea!

Ok. I just uploaded the newest update.

It will remove domain names which were auto-registered
and add them to "caught.txt".

You can use the link from the original e-mail to download
the setup file.

Thanks and Enjoy!

How many queries before enom block us ?

If you keep only one instance of it running, then you can
run it 24/7 and you wont get blocked.

Half a day for 2 instances, etc...

Keep em coming!

Thanks!

Yes. And we provide you with an $8.50 reseller account.

The software is now for sale on Domain-Catcher.com.

Thanks,
Luc L.

Depending on your cable provider, they most likely offer
static IP service for an additional $5/month.

Luc ...

I'm on cable too but here in Singapore, static is NOT an option. Even if you wanna pay, its going to cost an extra US$50 per month !

Looks like a great tool and the price is right for us d-r folks.

Gotta check the IP deal with AT&T and see about the static IP.

Also is their any other benefits/drawbacks to having a static IP?

Thanks

John

John,

Any benefits?

I guess that if you wanted to host your own little server
a static IP would be required. Other than that, none.

Thanks,
Luc L.
