What do you think? At the very least it's comparable to bidpay.com, which is used by WesternUnion.

Maybe a bank would want it someday?

i do not see a great connection in "bid" and "cash", unlike in "bid" and "pay".

Yeah! I think it has potential as an auction payment processing domain. There are some crap billing domains out there in popular use now. To me, and I use them often, yours is as good as:

ibill.com
paypal.com
2checkout.com

You have value there in my opinion which is of course, by definition, subjective. Put it in your portfolio and bring it out again in a year!
