I really don't understand this difference between you and them!
Automated appraisals have become the joke of the domain industry. It takes a human to appraise properly and even then it is up to the buyer what the domain is worth.
This domain is not a generic word or phrase and not unique. There are plenty of domains like this that can be registered freely. I don't see this domain selling for anything above reg fee.
Maybe you are right about the automatic apraisals, but I don't think it should be that big difference between your appraisals and NameBoy.
