I tried it, did not work well for me, www.targetfirst.com works better !! I am not affiliated with them except that I am using their ads on my website at www.somejokes.com !!

Bidvertiser is working out better for me than target first is,but a Low CTR in both cases.

I think it depends on the theme of the website.

I tried there ads on a flash games website and didn't make much but I guess thats because mainly poker ads were displayed.
