Dear Members,

I'm always looking for ways to to help our community, so when this FREE iPhone app came out, I just had to tell you about it. It's from a friend of mine, Simon Johnson who a great guy and has been in the industry (and on DNF) for a very long time.

What Does It Do?

The Domain Sales app enables you to search a huge database of more than 72,000 domain sales. It also reports on the latest domain sales from auctions and drops in real-time!

How Can I Use It?

You can use this information when determining a price to buy and sell domain names. It's invaluable for justifying your prices - something I teach in DNF College. You can also use it everyday, just to keep an eye on the market, saving you time.

For free, this is really a terrific app. I've been playing with it while watching hockey and what I want to know is why did wife.com sell for $100K and husband.com only sold for $25K back in 2009?

URLtrader: It's currently for iPhone, however we do have plans for an Android version and have created a notification list to announce future versions. Platforms such as Kindle and Blackberry will be driven by user demand.

We have released a significant update to Domain Sales based on feedback from our users.

- Landscape mode. Turn your iPhone sideways to display more information.
- More domain name metrics are displayed on a single page.
- More results are displayed on the sales home page.
- View multiple pages of search results.
- Sort your search results by clicking on the table headings.
- Sort domain names in alphabetical order or by price, currency, date and market.

More features are in the pipeline, including those previously mentioned. Yes, we will do an Android version!

Over the past few weeks we have received many lists and spreadsheets of private sales, which have been integrated into the database. Our current stats are more than 92,000 domain name sales.

Impressive, but I've migrated from and iPhone4S I tried for a few weeks back to Android devices (and Windows Phone) so please, please make this for Android & ideally Windows Phone 8.
