Last year, Directi launched BigRock.com - a new domain-name registration, web-hosting and website-design business focused on providing web-presence solutions to SMBs, Professionals and Individuals worldwide.
In order to serve you better, we are in the process of migrating all Answerable.com customers to BigRock.com. At BigRock, you can look forward to better pricing, improved customer service, best-in-class products and a more pleasant purchase experience. We are also in the process of rolling out several upgrades over the next few months, including a revamped control panel, new product launches and enhanced product offerings.
We will begin the migration on 16-March-2011 and the entire process will take 7 days during which time you will NOT be able to make any changes to your account or orders. If you have any urgent orders to complete such as purchases, renewals or deletions, we suggest that you make those transactions BEFORE 16-March-2011 or wait until the migration is complete. If you have any pending orders that you would like to pay for, please do so before 16 March 2011.
During the move, your customer account details, account settings and all the orders in your account will be migrated seamlessly to BigRock.com. Please note, the entire process is automated and you do not need to make any modifications at your end.
You will be notified at the following stages during the migration process 1. Upon creation of your user account with BigRock â You will receive the new URL to log in to your BigRock account. Please note at this stage you will NOT be able to see your orders in the BigRock account 2. Upon completion of order migration to BigRock â Approximately 7 days after you receive the BigRock account creation email, you will receive another email confirming successful migration of all your orders to BigRock. You will now be able to manage all your orders again
