i kinda understand the limitations related to selling .biz domains, but has anyone had experience with them? i had someone approach me on 1 of my .biz domains and am not sure how to proceed. has anyone every bought or resold a .biz. how was the process?

Who is to know if the transaction takes place privately, URL? It doesn't say in the restrictions that you can't sell a name if someone approaches privately. It may, just may, be sticky if you actively approach potential buyers or display publicly that your name is for sale.
