I would sell BJD.COM sepertaly. I though 3 letter .coms were extemely valuable? Isn't one on eBay right now for $15K?

three-letter domains are "valuable" but not "extremely valuable". They do occasionally sell for more than 10,000 dollars, but its quite rare. If you want to sell a name like that to a reseller, you will probably get around 700-1k for BJD. com. If you wait for an end-user, its impossible to predict the price they would be willing to pay. It could range from 1k-25k.

Unfortunately keeping a single three-letter domain in the hopes of an end-user buying it is not very efficient. I have approximately 18 three-letter domains like yours, and i get one inquiry per month as a total. It could be a very very long wait.

I would say much more valuable as a set.

I wouldn't do so. Selling all 3 TLDs in a package would greatly enhance the bargaining power of the seller. After all, even bundling these 3-letter .net and .org would only make a fraction of selling .com alone. Why not make it LOOK like you are doing the potential .com buyer a BIG favor?
