Suupplements that reduce cortisol are suddenly very popular, as you may have seen at your local pharmacy. They have been said to both reduce belly fat, appetite, and stress levels. Here are some examples:
Here is the most well known product
This one is well-known too
Here is a whole bunch of products
And more products, plus this nice description:
Stress comes in many forms, so you may not realize you have too much of it. There are negative stressors that are quite obvious, but positive stress such as getting a new promotion at work, bringing home a new puppy (and the sleepless nights to follow), or suffering pain from an injury are less obvious to notice. This daily stress can make you gain weight that seems resistant to even the best exercise and diet plans. During prolonged stress your body overproduces a fat-storing hormone called cortisol. In small amounts, cortisol is needed by the body to control carbohydrate metabolism, inflammation, and cardiovascular function. But when you are under constant stress, and are producing cortisol though out the day, it sends a very potent signal to do two things â increase appetite and store fat. This means that whenever we're under stress, the increased cortisol in our body tells our brain that we're hungry, while at the same time telling our fat cells to store as much fat as they can (and then hold on to it as tightly as possible).
Asking only $195 for both, $120 individually!
