We call it osteoporosis in english and spanish, "bone porosity" sounds a bit awkward. Public health problem? Yes, but under a different name. You seem particularly interested in the topic, which may alter your perception of intrinsic domain value. In this case, the best way to give value to your domain is by developing a related website and monetizing it with ads.
