Hello all what do you think i should ask for this one, i've had a couple of offers from numerous domain marketplaces and also some private emails. I think i can remember the .com selling recently anyone got any comments on it?

i'd sit tight & wait for a big offer for this baby.
It's generic, also brandable with the tld. Or could be used as a profitable subscription based directory listing. i believe it is just us in the UK that use this phrase but what a phrase & we are a huge market.
To any UK motivated buyer it is a dream domain, if it has a US meaning you are really laughing.
I can't put a price on it. I was going to say i wouldn't sell for less than $5k, but think $10k + is more realistic.

I wouldn't sell for less than $10k. Tell them to make xxxxx offers.

i think it depends a little if the sale for sportsbook.mobi is for real or just another strange sale in which the buyer is some "odd investor" that might or might not be connected to the mobi registry...and in my opinion from the outside it looks all but clean...because if you buy a name like this because you really want to start a sportsbook site you want all the PR you can get and dont try to keep it secret, thats the worst you can do with a new tld...but thats beside the point...if the other site actually gets developed instead of meeting the same undeveloped fate that all high sales in the mobi arena had so far I think it could sell for 10k+ if mobi takes off..if not the value will drop over time...

Bookmakers.com is a parked page by anything.com so they have a bunch of links to other gambling sites. However, the truth is that this domain is worth some cash $. Why? Well sportsbook.mobi was sold on the cheap. Sit back and imagine that you are at a sporting event and want to wager, but there is no place to do it? (computer that is) Why not just punch it in and go? That is why gambling.mobis and unfortunately or fortunately (porn.mobis) are going to be sucessful right off the bat. This domain is one that should command high $XX,XXX to low $XXX,XXX. Broker a deal with guys from antigua or barbados and you will have truely scored. Just remember that this is (depending on the site) about 1 - 2 days worth of revenue to spend on a domain. That is why some people scoffed at the idea a dot mobi such as sportsbook.mobi could go for so much, but the truth is that is just 1 or 2 days worth of revenue for the NFL football season.
