I think it was a great price on a NNN.org, maybe it will set a precedent from now on...
from what I see NNN domains really have been rising in value and end-user sales.

My advice is - do your research when an offer arrives. What could be the reason someone wants a domain? Google it, do the same with their email address, locate their IP etc. Also look up other ccTLDs and establish your "domain perimeter" Then fire at will LOL
