Every time I visit Greece I bring back a couple of large bottles of "Ouzo 12"

The proper way to drink it is 1/2 ouzo, 1/2 cold water - the mix then turns milky. You can also pour it over ice (till it turns milky) or have it with orange soda (my favorite). Best served at a cafe by the beach with appetizers: ham, cheese, octapus

lol...I can't handle ouzo...My Mom loves it!!....and yes that is the proper way to drink it....unless u go straight ouzo...on the rocks!.....Raki (homemade ouzo) did me in a few years ago....and i havent recovered since!..lol..
