traffic MTD for August is 160 uniques

i do agree, but not worth selling for that, better to hold as is a good name imo
pitch at $5k is what i'd do
it's peanuts at end of day. take say 3k
I wouldn't sell for less.
Hold in the meantime & keep renewing the baby as a good domain

If you can show a doctor or specialist on how he is missing out on 353 possible patients paying 10000 for surgery how could he not pay you xx,xxx for the domain.

I would get some idea of wear traffic is coming from do some graphs and charts and send out some information packets in a nice little presentation folder to the top specialists. Something like a Realtor would do selling a nice house.k:

wow..that traffic is actually pretty good..on the basis of that I would revise my appraisal upwards.., my guess is that much of the traffic is UK traffic as the .co.uk site seems to be good..., so your best bet might actually be to sell it to someone in the UK as the traffic has the most value there.
Also I hear what you say about domains being appraised for less than what you think, but I am always on the lower end of appraisals as I think people always get ahead of themselves.., you do a little IMO, as breastspecialist is NOT a real occupation obviously, thats like saying someone is a moneyspecialst just because he is bank teller

I would put up a landing page displaying nightmare stories of women who have headed to asia to get it done on the cheap. No doubt they will want to get it done properly in the States or whereever. Then get paid for every lead Actually, on second thought, that may turn em off the whole experience all together, scratch that idea.

I dont know about 10-20k...I think for a field like this the .org might not be too bad, and that one is still available (so is the .info) ..that might be an indication that people might get carried away a little here on its value..I am just saying dont spend the money just yet...

i'll most likely be targeting this one towards an end-user for greatest ROI....as selling to re-seller will not bring back what i expect....until then....i'm holding onto this one until Dr.Breast from Beverly Hills comes knocking....
