I have decided to put my niche dating site up for sale. It's apart of an affiliate program. All I did was use the affiliate program template and registered a decent dating domain name that fits the niche very well to create the dating site.

The domain name is on the dot net extension and I'm paying a 10% commission.

I have not decided on an asking price yet.
