Ive tried several times to sell this on my own. Each time with the buyer backing out unfortunately. I think perhaps I may need an experience broker to help me sell this site so I can move onto other projects. Please PM me or email me at TJsDirect [at] Yahoo . com. Willing to offer 10% of the final sale price after any fees, etc. Thanks again.
