I would use it as a web store directory with plenty of sub pages for different store categories with ads such as google adsense and small banners and links etc. You could do paid for placement links after your directory started getting enough traffic.

What is it worth? I would say up to $150.00 undeveloped. After it was online for a year with a nice directory site it would depend on what you could generate in monthly revenue.

This is what I call a take it or leave it domain. I just does not mean anything to a lot of people. It does not really grab me. BUT if it was a finished site and was a nice design and was easy to navigate with lots of categories it would rock. It could garner a lot of links from other sites if it was online and working. Lots of webmasters are looking for nice general sites to link to so as to have something useful on their sites. This would be an easy sell to these webmasters. after a few years you could have a ton of links and huge traffic if you worked it a little.
