I love domain newbies that come on and say domains that are brand new, with no link popularity, and no overture with 5-10k type-ins a day, and already an offer. As if they have discovered some hidden third world possibility. d

Actually that's not proof. That doesn't show a website address. For all anyone knows, you could've gotten that from another site.

Show some real proof but if you get that much traffic per day then it would be worth like 5k

Beyond the question of how this traffic is going to your site (Alexa is quite good as for 3 weeks old domain - although keyword is not strong and your proof says a little), with 5 - 10 k visits per day you can get approx. 1000 - 2000 USD/month just parking at Sedo (assuming standard click rate). As a price you can get 10/12 x of monthly revenue , at least.
