India = 1 billion+ population, rising middle class, english speaking, tech savvy

I'd hold onto a name like that, the future is good, but
selling right now I'd look for at least low $x,xxx

I agree with hugegrowth.

"India" is answering half of my customer service calls and not to mention half of the help tickets. Technically, it's one of the global force now. All I can say, wait for the better offer, at least low $x,xxx.
