I REALLY like 0-1 million!!
As to reality though, .CD stands for the 'Democratic Republic of the Congo' (I believe that's it and it isn't democratic either as is the case with most countries that must mention this in their name - sort of like the plain little car with 'SPORT' scrawled across the side). Even by Africa standards, it's quite a dump. They are in something of a lull of killing people though and things are getting a little better, I think. That association doesn't help much. Should they get their act together, it may eventually be worth something to someone there. As of now though, low to, maybe mid XXX at best.
