I just got one domain from buydomains.com
Could anyone answer any of the questions below?

1. Can I sell this domain right away?
2. buydomais use domaindiscover registrar.
If I sell this newly acquired domain, how do I give it to them?
Buyer can create new acct for free and I just push the domain to buyers newly created acct?
