Cabs.com Sold For $50,000. Is This The Right Price?

The domain name Cabs.com was recently sold for $50,000 on Sedo.
Considering the premium name, do you think $50,000 was the right price for the domain or had the price been a little more/lot more?
As far as I think, the domain was worth well above that. This is a brandable name in the sense that any big company which provides cab services could have paid much more for the domain.

While it is a little dated, the article offers insights into the cost of just getting the badge to attach to the hood of the taxi in NYC.
Yes, the domain was clearly worth far more. $50k should have been the per year lease fee.

buyer got a real deal on that name - with the explosion of alternative cab services like uber will only add to the value and possible uses.

That's a 6 figure name easily. I can't believe it only sold for $50k...should have been $250k at least.
