I'm surprised about what Seeker had to say and would be interested in knowing what regions he is primarily thinking of where it would have enough appeal to warrant $x,xxx minimum. Would this be a popular term in Greece or the surrounding region? As a native speaker of English, this is simply an awkward and forced phrase, attempting to merely "cash in" linguistically and conceptually on the very powerful and popular association of "aroma" with coffee; including the variant meanings of restauraunt, nightclub, etc., for the "cafe" part only strains it further and is more awkward. The variant meanings for "aroma" specifically in a phrase like this are also weaker, leaving the phrase flat.
Nobody has mentioned that the numbers are rather weak as well, such as only 13,000 Google and 961 Ovt for "aroma cafe."
I feel you will likely regret holding onto it much longer. While we know that just about anything is possible in terms of a pleasant surprise, it's not necessarily likely. It would be good if the prospective buyer would cough up $500 for you, and I'd be happy for you in such a case, but this name does not come close to $x,xxx imo. I suspect, too, that if you tried to monetize ppc or affiliate income would be extremely low.
I think it's too easy to fall in love with the catchy rhythm of this name to the point of overlooking that it's not a phrase people tend to think of naturally and not a very well known or popular phrase overall.
