closed callrx.com -- aproached to sell - need appraisal

I have seen the various sites dedicated to domain appraisals but they all seem to be geared more towards sellers offering to sell vs aproached to sell.. unless i'm on wrong on that.. which is totaly possible..

So i wanted to give some background on the site to help determine a more accurate price/value..

I have owned this domain for a few years now tossing around various ideas for how to develop it and it's been on my list of todo's for some time.. Recently I was approached by a company that owns a variation of this domain name enquiring if I would be interested in selling it. Since my domain is the one users go to first and in a market space that is potentially pretty big I am feeling like the value may be a bit higher than an every day domain..

I also own rxcall.com and would probably sell both as a package.. the company enquiring produces a product that targets the exact name of my domain..

what do you think a solid value to place on this domain would be? How should i go about working with them on negotiating a sale price? any reference you might be able to give me to help me read up on similar situations?
