I was in escrow at Godaddy selling a domain to X for $50k and pulled out because I didn't like Godaddy publishing my private information.

Godaddy has locked up my domain and has said that the buyer can use the escrow sale agreement to dispute my registration of the domain, claiming instead that they have ownership.

I now have another buyer Y who wants to close for $100k, but Godaddy indicates they may lock up the domain until X and myself come to an agreement.

What are my options?

Can X successfully sue me? X is anonymous.

You have another PM, as for others, nothing to see here anymore.
