appraise Can i know how much these two domain worth allschoolsolutions.com and schmgr.com

This thread is an appraisal of the domain name requested.
I acquire the two for an online school management software i was building but the project had an issue that will take some time to fix so i decided to sell the domains although am already using schmgr to educate people about some different topics i would still like to sell it if i see a good offer.
I think the allschoolsolutions.com could be worth a lot. I'm not experienced at appraisal, but sure would appeal to all kinds of educational resources.

allschoolsolutions could be brandable for you and your project, but how applicable is it for another existing business, who already have a domain/website?
as is, without a website or software to backup the vision, then not much value on reseller market
the other name schmgr, looks like an abbreviation for something, but without the website attached, the only value would be the traffic, if any.
