It's possible you can buy any domain that is for sale, within your budget
however... buying domains with trademark risks, are risky.
therefore, possibility of resale is reduced significantly, because of that potential liability.
if you use the example given, then amazon may or may not contact you.
but be prepared if they do
imo...
