That's all well and good, but I believe my question was posed to the owner of the name about this specific name.Complainant was the Government of the Province of Alberta, Canada, represented by an internal representative and not the Federal Government. It was the use of Alberta in the name. I own several ____Canada.com domains and have never had a problem. Canada dot com is not owned by the Canadian government but is owned by CanWest Interactive, a division of CanWest MediaWorks Publications Inc.. Now back to the sales end of things.
