If you have a press release - Wire Service Canada will get it listed on google news in less than one hour! My partners and I had to work hard and jump some hoops to get on their news feed, but after some give and take we got it working. Oh, did I mention it's free?

As for the appraisals - that was a response to the email and through the website inquires we were getting - so why not turn it into another business? That particular website ranks very well for a large number of related keywords and seems to do better each month, so it made sense for us.
