Canadian looking To Buy .US (advice)

Hi Folks,
I am looking to buy a couple of premium .US names but I am in Canada. Any ideas on how to safely do this without worrying about residency requirements. Any advice is appreciated.

Do you mean register a corporation in the US? I looked at either Nevada or Delaware. Is this easy to do?

I dont think you even need to do that, but you have to choose/state your relations with the us, US citizen, individual, business, so you would just go personal/individual foreign company with business in the us. It's not nearly as complicated as getting a freaking .ca.
