For Sale Canadian presence for .ca?

A Canadian citizen who lives outside of Canada can hold a .ca so an address outside of Canada does not prove the registrant does not meet the requirements.

I spoke to an American .ca domain owner once who said CIRA had suspended the domain name for about 2 months. After that time he was required to change the ownership of the domain.

In other words, make up an address or make a few Canuck friends.
